Application: Inclinometer cable (also called geophysical cable) is used for geophysical exploration operations, also used in petroleum, hydropower, coal, metallurgy and engineering geology field operation for transmitting signals. Geophysical cable can also be used as geological drilling logging cable for all kinds of geological drilling vertex Angle and azimuth measurement and transmission of downhole logging signals.


Cable structure:

Conductor: Stranded oxygen-free copper wire for flexiblility and corrosion resistance.

Tinned copper wire or sliver plated copper wire according to CDE0295 Class6

Insulation: FE/TPEE

Shield: Tinned copper braiding/Aluminum foil

Filler: Light weight aramid fibers (Kevlar) or steel wire as strength member (Can be customized, 100-1000kg)

Inner jacket: TPU (Can be customized)

Outer jacket: TPU fog or transparent jacket

Hardness: 90A, 95A

Temperature range: -35-90℃

Mark: Every 0.5 meters (according to customer requirements) .The mark can be divided into two Colors (every 0.5 meters and every 1 meter)

Mark material: copper mark, plastic mark or print inside the transparent outer sheath

Scale: Laser printing

Specifications: 4*0.3 OD: 6.0-6.8mm, 4*0.5 OD:7.8- 8.5mm
