This 8 core floating cable is an ROV Tether. It is neutrally buoyant, has a breaking strength of 150kg , and is embedded with water blocking fibers to seal any leaks. The core of the cable contains Kevlar wire for strength and polyester wire for space filling. Both fibers are impregnated with a waterproofing compound to prevent any leakage caused by nicks or cracks in the cable.

The high-visibility yellow polyurethane foam jacket resists abrasion and provides neutral buoyancy.The stiffness of the cable is designed to be flexible enough to provide sufficient freedom for your ROV, but it is hard enough to not be easily twisted.
