Bare copper conductors serve as conductive cores. PP material is adopted for insulation to maintain stable dielectric performance and low moisture absorption. Cotton thread works as filling material and non woven fabric is used for inner wrapping to keep the cable round and firm.
The outer sheath is extruded from TPU 9609 material. It provides outstanding waterproof capacity and good mechanical toughness. The finished cable outer diameter is 9±0.3mm. This cable can sustain reliable performance under submerged working environments and effectively block water intrusion. Custom options are available for different underwater project requirements.
