1： Installation specifications and tips:
1. The laying of drag chain cables shall not be twisted, violent or rough. The cable shall be smoothly unrolled by rotating drum or cable drum or hung if necessary.
2. The cables in the drag chain shall not touch each other or be tied together. They must be loosely and evenly placed side by side in the drag chain. Spacers shall be used as far as possible to separate or insert into the separation cavity of the support blank. The clearance between cables in the drag chain shall be at least 10% of the cable diameter.
3. Both ends of the cable must be fixed, or at least at the moving end of the drag chain. The distance from the cable moving point to the end of the drag chain shall be 20-30 times of the cable diameter.
4. Ensure that the cable is completely moved within the bending radius and cannot be forcibly moved. The cables can be moved relative to each other or together with the guide device.
5. Scientific methods shall be adopted during installation to ensure reasonable connection of all positions. At the same time, pay attention to the structure of the drag chain cable. It is not allowed to damage the internal structure due to human or machine use. If damaged, dangerous phenomena such as short circuit may occur during use.
6. If the drag chain is broken, the cable also needs to be replaced, because the damage caused by excessive tension is unavoidable.
2: Type selection specifications and tips:
1. Understand the requirements of the installation environment and use scenario of the drag chain, including temperature, humidity, oil resistance, hydrolysis resistance, UV resistance and other environmental factors.
2. Attention must be paid to the minimum bending radius of the cable. (there is a great difference between fixed installation and drag chain installation, please note).
3、 Transportation and storage requirements:
1. Rough loading and unloading are prohibited during transportation, and forklift and other tools shall be used as much as possible. It is prohibited to drag directly on the ground to avoid abrasion of cable sheath.
2. Storage must be placed in a dry / cool environment to prevent exposure to sunlight. Moisture and contact with corrosive liquids / gases must be avoided.
