The spiral cable is usually a linear cable formed by twisting one or more groups of insulated wires, and the cable is wound and heat treated, and finally cooled to form a retractable spiral state. We call this special cable spiral cable. Spiral cable mainly includes: power spiral cable, mechanical equipment spiral cable, spiral optical cable and communication equipment spiral cable.
Spiral cable consists of insulated wire core and sheath. The inner core of the insulated wire core is a conductor and the outer layer is an insulating layer. The outer layer of the insulating core has a sheath layer. The warpage rate of the joint is less than 12, the twisted insulating core is less than 12, and the outer part is an extruded thermoplastic elastomer sheath layer.
