Reeling cable inspection items are mainly divided into appearance and structure testing, electrical performance testing and mechanical performance testing.
- Structural Dimension Inspection
Appearance and structure inspection is the first step of quality control. It includes appearance inspection, size inspection and marking inspection.
The cable sheath surface must be smooth and uniform, no bubbles, pores or scratches. The sheath thickness meets the standard requirement. Cable surface printing marks must be wear-resistant and continuous.
- Electrical Performance Test
DC resistance test checks the conductor material quality. The test result will be converted to the value at 20℃ for comparison with national standards.
Insulation resistance test evaluates the insulation capacity. It helps check whether insulation suffers moisture, aging or internal defects.
- Mechanical Performance Test
We carry out wear resistance and bending tests for reeling cables. Good flexibility and wear resistance ensure long service life under repeated winding and unwinding.
