This subsea watertight cable is built with bare copper conductors, PE insulation and robust TPU outer jacket. It comes in 1*2*1.0mm² plus 1*2*0.4mm² structure. Every twisted pair is wrapped with aluminum foil shielding to cut down signal crosstalk. Cotton yarn and high-strength LCP fiber fill the cable core, with extra LCP braiding inside to deliver up to 500KG pull resistance. Ideal for ROVs, underwater monitoring systems and all kinds of subsea power & signal transmission work.

Product Introduction

This subsea watertight cable consists of one 2×1.0mm² power twisted pair and one 2×0.4mm² signal twisted pair. Constructed with bare copper conductors insulated by PE, each twisted pair is individually wrapped with aluminum foil shielding to eliminate signal interference. Filled with LCP yarn and reinforced with internal LCP braiding, the cable supports up to 500KG tensile load. Its black TPU outer jacket boasts great hydrolysis resistance, maintaining steady performance in seawater. Tailored for ROVs, underwater robots and marine monitoring equipment, it handles subsea power and signal transmission reliably.
